Dogs:
A blood test is mandatory before departure. The required tests vary depending on whether the dog is neutered/spayed and the details of the mixed vaccinations given before departure. Additionally, both external and internal parasite treatments must be performed twice each.
(Note: Medication must comply with the deworming requirements specified by Australia.)
Cats:
No blood test is required. However, external parasite treatment must be done once, and internal parasite treatment twice.
Please note that the following are required for both dogs and cats:

- · Obtaining the Import Permit
- · Booking the quarantine facility
- · Application to the Animal Quarantine Service
- · Completing the questionnaire
- · Health Certificate (including blood test for dogs only)
